Do Americans know about this? (Besides me, that is.) I've been an I.D. since 1990, and I think the Affect Context Model is the first truly learner-centered theory I've ever seen (in spite of the fact that we like to say that ISD is learner-oriented and education is not). I'm really happy I stumbled on your work.
ADDIE is a dinosaur from prehistory...5Di is based on common sense and measureable outcomes...it's also agile and responsive.
